Been using SDIC ESSENCE FUTURES for a while, and there are a couple of aspects that could be better. Firstly, the refund process takes too long, extending beyond three weeks. The waiting time is a bit lengthy, and I hope for a quicker resolution. However, kudos to Xiao Hong, my account manager, for providing excellent service. Communication with her is smooth, and she consistently demonstrates great patience and willingness to help. Thanks to Xiao Hong for her ongoing support.
