MT4: 4113440, Email: h01016@163.com I am lodging a complaint against the Taurex platform for arbitrarily modifying customers' trade prices, cancelling profits after order execution. On April 3rd, I manually traded the UK100 index, purely going long, holding the position for about ten minutes, and then closed the position at a profit. However, the platform informed me that my trades were not executed at the recorded prices and modified the trading prices to cancel the profits - this is utterly outrageous. Firstly, if I didn't execute at the price shown, why does my order display a profit? Unless the platform operates as a betting platform, cancelling orders' profits and modifying prices when they see customers making a profit - the ability to modify executed prices is truly alarming. Secondly, if the platform genuinely executed my orders at the stated prices in the market, I willingly accept the subsequently modified prices. Lastly, I hope this is a misunderstanding and the platform will return the profits to me. Otherwise, if they do not compensate, it is clearly a scam platform that modifies customers' executed prices and cancels customers' profits - this is a betting platform where you can only lose money, not earn it. I urge everyone to steer clear. I will update on my account situation. Please be cautious when choosing to trade with Taurex if they do not handle this situation before my withdrawal.

I've been using Taurex for a while now, and I have to say, I’m impressed. But only with some aspects, while in other areas they can definitely do more… The Raw account is the best one of all offered. The spreads are truly low, and the $2 fee per side is a reasonable and fair price to pay to trade with extremely tight spreads. If you use high lots for scalping, as I do, this is the way to go. On top of that, the tools available—like the Signal Center is a great addition.

Love this feature, great for scalpers! I don't need to look into DoM and other indicators now and I can just see which instrument is moving the most today. Like in this case, it was: - NZDUSD - USDZAR ANd these I scalp or do short-term 1 hour intraday trades, get my pips and be on my way/ The spreads on not popular pairs like usdzar is not that tight, and I'd prefer them tigher to be honest.

I'm not a fan of no webtrader, sometimes I'm in a foreign country with just notebook, and want to do 1-2 simple trades because I see the currency market going a certain direction. But I would need to DOWNLOAD MT5 each time, ugh. Also, another thing is, when I joined, they requested financial information of me, and lots of documents for approval, and validation took almost a week. Should be faster, and mby less documents for newer traders? Otherwise, trading has been pretty great, good variety of cfds +good spreads on pretty much everything.
