Far Eastern supports customers in conducting loan and credit card payment transactions through its proprietary Far Eastern online app.

Far Eastern does not charge fees for bank transfers or withdrawals at its branches, but charges NT$15 for transfers to other branches and NT$5 for withdrawals.
ATM withdrawals in Japan incur a fee of 150 Japanese yen per transaction plus 0.8% of the transaction amount (with a minimum charge of 390 Japanese yen). ATM withdrawals in Hong Kong and Macau incur a fee of NT$100 per transaction. ATM withdrawals abroad (MASTERCARD/CIRRUS) incur a fee of NT$70 per transaction plus 1.1% of the transaction amount.
Withdrawals:
The daily maximum withdrawal limit at ATMs is NT$150,000. The single transaction limit at the bank's ATMs is NT$30,000 or NT$50,000 (depending on the ATM type). The transaction limit for non-New Taiwan Dollar transactions at ATMs is NT$20,000 per transaction.
Transfers:
For non-agreed transfers, the daily limit per transaction is NT$30,000. For agreed transfers, the daily limit per transaction/cumulative limit is NT$5 million. For interbank self-transfers, the daily limit per transaction is NT$2 million, and the cumulative limit is NT$3 million.
