Having reviewed RCB from an experienced trader’s perspective, I must clarify that RCB currently does not offer any trading services, including fixed or variable spreads. The broker, once operational and known within Cyprus, has officially ceased all financial activity as confirmed on their website. There are no trading platforms, products, or customer tools available, and the bank has no regulatory oversight from CySEC or any international authority. This is critical because regulation is central to ensuring transparency in how spreads are managed—especially during news-driven market volatility when spreads, whether fixed or variable, typically widen as liquidity providers react to uncertainty. As RCB no longer conducts brokerage or banking operations, there's no framework in place for the provision of spreads or their adjustments during volatile periods. For me, the lack of both regulation and any active service presents a high potential risk, even if the domain appears active. From experience, with legitimate brokers, spreads—particularly variable ones—can change significantly during major news events, impacting execution and overall trading costs. However, in RCB’s case, the absence of any financial activity makes these considerations irrelevant. For those prioritizing safety and reliability in their trading, I would exercise maximum caution and seek only brokers with proven regulatory status and transparent trading conditions.
