In the case of Motilal Oswal, after carefully researching their available information, I did not find any clear or detailed policies regarding instant withdrawal methods. What concerned me even more is that Motilal Oswal currently operates without any regulatory oversight and has a warning of high potential risk. For me, the absence of regulation generally means less accountability when it comes to handling client funds, and this makes the reliability of their withdrawal process difficult to independently verify. Another important consideration is that Motilal Oswal specializes mainly in Indian stock and derivative instruments and does not offer forex trading. In my experience, stockbrokers—in particular those without credible regulation—may have more restrictive withdrawal procedures than well-regulated international forex brokers. Until Motilal Oswal makes its payment and withdrawal options transparent and regains regulatory status, I personally would not feel comfortable assuming that instant withdrawals are reliably available or supported. For any trader, especially in the context of significant capital exposure, certainty around withdrawals is crucial, and in this case, that certainty simply does not exist.
