Connext Forex is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under license number SD155, which is an offshore regulation. While this provides some legitimacy, I find the lack of higher-tier regulatory oversight concerning. I prefer trading with brokers that are regulated by top authorities like FCA or CYSEC. This offshore status makes me cautious, especially with larger investments.
