BIG SCAM
I have been verified on this broker, and traded for several weeks. Upon requesting the withdraw the problems arrived, requesting more and more verifications not mentioned before either not in our contract or terms and conditions. It past 4 days and no emails response just a live chat poor response. Stay away of this scam!!!! SCAMMMM

This broker is a fraud broker
I deposited via card on this broker and after a few trades I immediately realized market manipulation and decided to withdraw my money, To my surprise they didn't follow AML rules and requested a different withdrawal method instead of returning my money to the card. This is a fraud broker and a money laundering. stay away

Not recommended! Big slippage and slow execution
False advertisement, after a week of trades all with huge slippage and execution time way over of the advertised! After contacting support with the issue, they answered that my account manager would contact me. Not only did they not reply to my issue also account manager was only interested in me depositing more. Not recommended!!

zenfinex dont withdraw!!
Zenfinex is very easy for you to deposit, trade, and lose money. Beside slippages on orders when placing the withdraw they claim that you need to verify your crypto wallets, when in fact the account is fully verified!!! Upon sent all the demands they still claim they didn't receive and not process the withdraw!!!

It is highly concerning and completely unacceptable that they have scammed me by deleting my profits, blocking my account, and ignoring my attempts to contact them. It is clear that this broker is nothing but a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to stay far away. They have shown a complete disregard for their client's financial well-being and have engaged in fraudulent practices that are illegal and highly unethical. Overall, I would give this broker a very negative review. They engaged in fraudulent practices, blocked my account without explanation, and ignored my attempts to contact them. It is unacceptable, and they have shown a complete lack of professionalism and ethics.

After few weeks of trading i notice a huge slippage on my orders, even with vps 3ms from their server. I tested MT5 and MT4 and both have illegal plugins, so I decided to request a withdraw and close my account, they have denied because i didn't had 70$ on my account. I have made very clear i do not want to deposit more and they demanded more deposit to withdraw.Besides the plugins they use for slippage forcing clients to deposit more is a scam! Their are a scam, run away from this broker!!! They also show no fees to withdraw in BTC and in back-office they charge 1%, what a scammers

After a few trades i noted a huge slippage on my orders and big delays, obviously that broker was using plugins which is illegal, i requested a withdraw of my deposit 17th of August and till now broker didn't pay and don't reply. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
