Last time, I left a message asking about ECN account fees, and the next day, an account manager called and explained the fees in detail and even sent me a comparison chart. However, I wasn't particularly interested in the "Smart Trading System" they recommended over the phone, and they continued to talk about it for a long time, which seemed a bit overly salesy.
