When I logged in three days later, I found that all my historical trading records, profit data, and position records were gone. It said, "Data loading failed!" I contacted customer service, and they said, "Data loss occurred during the diagnosis process and cannot be restored at this time." After waiting a week, I contacted them again, and they said, "The data has been permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved."
