AlphaTradeX won’t solve their issue that caused loss to us.

I reviewed their terrible issue. Then, they contacted me to remove my review in exchange for a compensation for me. We had kept in touch how to compensate and how to solve their issue. But I have not gotten any contact from them for a month without any compensation for me. I have sent e-mail again and again, but they have been ignoring me. They won’t solve their issue that caused loss to me.
