However, because SCB is not operating under active regulatory oversight and appears not to offer retail brokerage or traditional forex withdrawal services, I would personally refrain from submitting any withdrawal request—let alone sensitive documents—without first verifying direct and up-to-date procedures with SCB via official channels. Given the current risks associated with their regulatory status, I believe extra caution is absolutely necessary before sharing personal or financial information.
