This lack of explicit, comparable commission breakdowns means I cannot confidently confirm the presence or absence of per-lot commissions for any ECN or raw spread accounts—mainly because such accounts don’t appear to be offered at all. In my experience, the combination of being unregulated and not specifying core cost structures is a significant red flag, especially for those considering active or high-volume trading strategies. For safety and cost transparency, I believe it's best to opt for brokers with clear, regulated frameworks and full disclosure on all fees.
