When assessing Nova Finance, I found significant cause for caution regarding its regulatory status. From what I can determine, Nova Finance is not verifiably regulated by any reputable financial authority. It claims connections to the FSA in Seychelles and the FCA in the UK, but according to available information, both these licenses remain unverified—there is no clear evidence that either regulator actually oversees Nova Finance’s activities. For me as an experienced trader, this is a major red flag. Unverified or “suspicious” licenses put client funds at risk since there’s little assurance of fair operation, protection in case of disputes, or recourse should problems arise. Further, I have noticed disclosures about Nova Finance being blacklisted as unauthorized in certain jurisdictions (such as a warning from France’s AMF), which strengthens my concerns. When a broker operates with a “suspicious scope of business” and there’s high potential risk noted, my approach is always conservative: I avoid trusting them with capital, regardless of the trading conditions they might offer. In my years of trading, I have learned that transparent and authentic regulation is critical for safeguarding both new and experienced traders. Without it, I could not confidently recommend or use Nova Finance myself.
