The firm also carries a high risk rating, which, in my view, suggests a need for heightened vigilance when it comes to all matters regarding client funds and costs. Because of these uncertainties and the absence of comprehensive fee disclosures, I personally would not proceed with deposits or withdrawals without first obtaining direct, written confirmation from their support team about any possible charges. For me, a lack of transparency around potentially significant fees is a red flag, so I would advise prospective traders to approach such situations with a high degree of caution and to avoid making any financial commitments before receiving explicit and official clarification.
