Without demo account access or clear fee schedules, I would have to reach out directly to customer service for precise figures—though user reviews point to delays and limited responsiveness from their support team, which is itself a concern if cost clarity matters to me. In my experience, this opacity can be a significant drawback, as transparent cost structures are critical for any indices trader who needs to manage risk tightly. Unless I’m able to obtain explicit written confirmation of all fees, I would remain cautious, and recommend other platforms with more accessible and detailed pricing disclosures if trading costs are my priority.
