The biggest downside I see is the expired FSPR license, which leaves the platform without active oversight from FSPR. Additionally, it has regional restrictions, supports limited asset classes, and has a high minimum deposit requirement of $150. From my point of view, the limited asset classes and the lack of lower deposit flexibility are definitely drawbacks.
