In my experience as a forex trader, legitimacy is always my top concern, especially when evaluating new or lesser-known brokers. When I looked into Track Fxx, several red flags became immediately apparent to me. Most notably, the broker has no valid regulatory information and operates with a suspicious regulatory license. For me, this is a major issue because reputable oversight is essential to ensure client fund safety and fair trading practices. The very low regulatory index score and warnings about high potential risk reinforced my hesitation. Additionally, while Track Fxx claims to be based in the United Kingdom—a jurisdiction with strict financial regulations—it does not hold the necessary authorization from recognized UK regulatory bodies. This disconnect is troubling, as genuine UK-based brokers are required to be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Without such oversight, I feel there is little recourse if any problems arise. The business has only been operating for two to five years and its website and contact information add little reassurance. Based on my personal criteria for assessing broker safety, these factors collectively make Track Fxx appear quite risky. For me, the absence of trustworthy regulation is a dealbreaker, and I would not consider Track Fxx a legitimate option for my trading. I believe it is important for traders to remain extremely cautious and to prioritize brokers with robust, verifiable regulatory status.
