Their disclosed fee structure mostly addresses management fees, custody fees, auditor’s fees, and subscription requirements related to their various investment funds. However, what stands out to me is the overall high fee environment, such as significant annual custody and auditor charges, and a notable minimum deposit. When there is an absence of regulatory oversight—as is the case here, since ALKHAIR CAPITAL is not regulated—I am especially cautious. In my career, I have learned that unregulated brokers can sometimes include less transparent or unexpected charges within their terms, potentially including inactivity fees that may not be clearly advertised. Given this, while I found no direct evidence of inactivity fees during my research, the prudent approach for any trader considering ALKHAIR CAPITAL is to seek explicit clarification from the broker before opening or funding an account.
