The closure announcement on their official website clearly states that the bank has ceased all financial operations and no longer offers investment or banking activities. In practical terms, this means there are currently no deposit or withdrawal methods, so the question of whether any fees apply is now irrelevant. Back when RCB was operational, details about transaction fees would have been an important consideration for me—unexplained charges or non-transparent fee structures are clear warning signs and can significantly affect trading performance. However, given that RCB is not regulated and has officially stopped its financial activities, even attempting to interact with this entity carries extremely high risk. To protect my capital and personal information, I would personally avoid any involvement until there is legitimate, up-to-date regulatory oversight and clear public documentation of all client terms, including fees. My priority is always to seek out brokers with full transparency and active, verifiable regulation.
