Based on my experience thoroughly reviewing HGNH, there’s no clear evidence that HGNH offers swap-free (Islamic) accounts for traders. In my own trading, access to detailed account types—especially Islamic accounts that are essential for traders who cannot pay or receive interest due to religious reasons—is vital for both compliance and peace of mind. From what is available, HGNH does provide a range of services, including futures, securities, and asset management, but their account options are not transparently detailed when it comes to specific features like swap-free alternatives. Additionally, my cautious approach compels me to highlight that HGNH’s background raises several concerns. Regulatory issues, particularly the revocation and suspension related to leveraged forex trading in Hong Kong, and exposure reports documenting users having trouble withdrawing funds make me especially wary. Transparency on basic offerings, such as whether an Islamic account is available, should be a minimum standard, and its absence signals a lack of client-focused communication. Personally, I would avoid relying on assumptions in situations like this. Before considering opening any kind of account, I would advise traders to directly contact HGNH’s customer service for explicit written confirmation on whether genuine swap-free options exist—and to ensure this is clearly outlined in written agreements. Given the risks and lack of open communication I’ve observed, I would proceed with significant caution.
