In my experience as a forex trader, it’s critical to closely examine a broker’s legitimacy and transparency before even considering operational details like spreads. After reviewing CEZ Hungary, I noticed that they are not a regulated forex broker and, crucially, their core services are not oriented towards traditional forex trading. Rather, CEZ Hungary operates as a branch of an energy group, focused on electricity sales and energy management services for large corporate clients, not retail trading products or standard forex instruments. Based on all available information, I have found no mention of CEZ Hungary offering either fixed or variable spreads for the buying and selling of currency pairs. In the forex market, spreads—whether fixed or variable—can widen notably during major news events, leading to increased trading costs and potentially higher risk for traders. But since CEZ Hungary does not provide conventional retail or institutional forex trading accounts, the question of spread type or their behavior during market volatility is, for me, not applicable in the context of this provider. For anyone considering this company for trading, I would exercise utmost caution. The absence of regulatory oversight and lack of forex-specific products indicate that CEZ Hungary is not positioned to offer the kind of spread transparency or execution standards one should expect from a reputable forex broker.
