Whenever I’ve had questions regarding minimum deposits, spreads, or withdrawals, I was able to reach their team through live chat and email, and they addressed my inquiries promptly. This aligns with what other users have reported; the support staff are knowledgeable and quick to respond, which has created a sense of reliability for me. In terms of the trading platform’s stability, I primarily use their MT4 offering, and it has been smooth for regular trading activities. Execution speeds are reasonable and I’ve not experienced any major outages or persistent downtime during volatile market hours. I do, however, always recommend double-checking connectivity and performing regular updates, as platform infrastructure can vary. That said, I maintain a cautious approach with any broker. A single complaint noted a rejected withdrawal, which is concerning and underscores the importance of starting with smaller sums before committing significant capital. On the whole, I haven’t faced substantial issues with Hirose Financial’s support or platform stability, but I always remain vigilant and encourage other traders to monitor their own experience carefully.
