Additionally, CHINA SECURITIES is not regulated by any official financial authority, which compounds my caution. Without regulatory oversight, the range of protections and clear disclosures that I would expect is absent, and this includes information on different account structures. For me, this lack of clarity and the absence of public information about swap-free options means I would be unable to recommend CHINA SECURITIES to those seeking an Islamic account. If an Islamic or swap-free account is a strict requirement, I would personally look elsewhere for a trading partner that explicitly lists such an option and operates under recognized regulatory standards.
