Impossible de retirer et bloqué

J'ai déposé R3800 et le gars à qui je parlais des chaînes suisses a dit qu'un conseiller financier m'appellerait pour m'aider à me connecter à mt4 et me donnerait le serveur MT4 et mon identifiant MT4, après un certain temps, je me rends compte que personne n'appelait, J'ai parlé au gars là-bas et il a commencé à m'ignorer, puis ils m'ont bloqué sur WhatsApp pour avoir essayé d'appeler. Maintenant, je ne peux même plus accéder à leur courtier sur Internet, mon retrait est toujours en attente.

I deposited R3800 and the guy I was speaking to from swiss chains said that a financial advisor would call me to assist me with logging into mt4 and give me the MT4 server, and my MT4 ID, after some time I realise no one was calling, I spoke to the guy there and he started ignoring me, then they blocked me on whatsapp for trying to call. Now I can't even access their broker on the internet, my withdrawal is still pending.
