Impossible de se retirer

J'ai déjà levé, je ne suis pas en mesure de donner toutes les informations, après avoir payé la taxe, ils m'ont également demandé de payer 250 dollars alors que j'ai retiré 2500 dollars, après avoir payé la taxe, ils ont dit qu'un robot a détecté le décalage des commandes qu'ils m'ont demandé de payer 500 dollars mais au départ, j'ai hésité à payer, ils m'ont dit que si je ne payais pas, le retrait de 500 ne pouvait pas se produire et ils ont dit que 500 dollars étaient remboursables, j'ai demandé après le paiement dans combien d'heures je recevrais l'argent que j'ai demandé ils ont dit dans 2 à 3 heures plus tard, après 2 heures, elle a dit que cela prendrait 2 à 3 jours après 3 jours, elle a dit que la maintenance du système est en cours.
