Los retiros no llegan!!!!

¡¡¡La gente tenga cuidado con esta empresa !!! Envié una solicitud de retiro de mil euros y luego veo que solo me acreditan 500 en mi cuenta al siguiente día hábil. cuando pido los otros 500, todos me envían códigos arn y me dicen que vaya a mi banco con ellos para saber a dónde fue el dinero. esto mientras se supone que deben hacer esto y mientras mi banco dice que no pueden rastrear dónde está el dinero a través de los códigos, ya que el pago se realizó mediante Vantage y no por mi banco. depositar a través de esta empresa es muy fácil, pero ¿retiros? hola pero. Llevo dos semanas esperando mi dinero y solo me dan la misma respuesta una y otra vez: que el dinero habría sido enviado. pero a esta empresa no parece importarle si llegó o no. 0 estrellas!

People beware of this company!!! I submitted a withdrawal request of a thousand euros, then I see that I only get 500 credited to my account the next business day.
