Malaysia.

The inspector successfully arrived at the target building, which is a serviced apartment located in a specific geographical area of the locality. The surrounding environment does not exhibit obvious commercial prosperity, and the business atmosphere is average. No signage or relevant information of AUGS company was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security personnel, obtained entry permission. However, inside the building, they did not see the company nameplate of AUGS nor find its logo.

There are some companies and shared offices on the second floor, but the field investigator was unable to locate the office area of AUGS. Due to the absence of clear signage for the company, its exact location could not be confirmed, so the specific floor could not be accessed. Naturally, it was also impossible to enter the company's interior or photograph the reception area and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace either.

Through public areas, as it was not possible to enter the company's interior, the internal office environment could not be observed. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer AUGS does not exist at the above address.
