The team successfully arrived at Lee Ka Industrial Building, located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. The surrounding environment is relatively ordinary, with a general commercial atmosphere. No signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Floss does not exist at the aforementioned address.
