Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Morrison was located at Suite 404, 161 Walker Street North Sydney NSW 2060. The surveyor visited the broker.

The surveyor found the office building as indicated by the regulation information wihout much trouble. Then the surveyor entered the building and knew Morrison did have an office on the floor indicated by the regulation information according to the floor guide in the lobby on the first floor.

The surveyor took the elevator to the 4th floor then and knew that Morrison did have an office on that floor after reading the company directory on the wall carefully.

The surveyor walked ahead along the aisle. The office behind the broker helmsman’s office was the surveyor’s destination.

The surveyor came at the door of Room404 but didn’t find Morrison’s logo after looking around the surrounding. Just when intending to go downstair to inquire a security guard, the surveyor saw one of Morrison’s employee wearing a badge. After brief communication, the surveyor knew Morrison did have an office in Room404. Since most of the employees working here were on night shift, the office was almost empty at daytime. 

Conclusion

The authenticity of the Australia licensed broker Morrison’s regulation address was confirmed after the surveyor’s field survey.
