The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Central Plaza, which is located in the bustling commercial center area of Hong Kong, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. No company signage or related information for Toro Capital Trade was found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 35th floor, the inspection personnel found no information about this company on the directory board, no obvious signage for Toro Capital Trade in the office area, and no security measures. As no related information about the company was found, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior, nor could they photograph Toro Capital Trade's reception desk, and the office was not a shared office.

Since entry was impossible, through the public area, the inspection personnel could not observe the company's internal environment, found no information about this broker, inquired at the reception desk which indicated there was no such company, and concluded it was false.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Toro Capital Trade does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see information such as the company name of this broker, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises.
