A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Singapore to conduct a physical  inspection of the broker Growcapitalexchange, which claimed to be located at E-26A, 32 Ang Mo Kio Ind Park 2, Singapore 569510.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target industrial building. The location is in the suburbs of Singapore, surrounded mostly by industrial companies, not traditional office buildings, with a generally mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signal or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, they were allowed to enter. However, the address only listed the unit number without specifying the floor, making it impossible for the inspectors to locate the office of broker Growcapitalexchange.

As the specific location could not be determined, the inspectors could not reach the target floor and thus could not enter the company's interior. Simultaneously, they were unable to photograph the reception area or its logo. The office was also not a shared workspace. The internal office environment could not be observed through public areas either.
