According to the address in the regulatory information, the team came to an office building at 2 Brook Street. The building is close to the famous shopping areas of Brown Street, Wittenoom Street and Royal Street. But because of the conoravirus outbreak, there is not a lot of traffic.

The broker's LOGO, UBL United Bank UK, is clearly visible outside the building.

The team entered the building and found on the floor directory that UBL UK takes up five of the building's seven floors (including the basement). Regretfully, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the team were unable to enter the broker's premises.
