The verification personnel successfully arrived at Capital Centre, located in the bustling area of Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Empro Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

Upon reaching the target floor, the first floor, the verification personnel found no clear signage indicating the office area of Empro Capital. Observation revealed that the building's offices start from the 5th floor; the first floor is merely a restaurant. Since the broker's office area does not exist here, the verification personnel could not enter the interior. Furthermore, this location is not a shared office space.

From the public area, as this is a restaurant, it was impossible to observe the internal environment or other conditions of Empro Capital's company. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Empro Capital does not exist at the aforementioned address.
