A Visit to YAMAKIN in Japan – Office Found
Japan

Reasons for Field Survey

The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Japan as planned to visit the forex broker YAMAKIN. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 4F, Rokusha Higashi, 1-1204 Kamisha, Meito-ku, Nagoya City, 465-0025.

Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor safety, the professional and experienced field research team carefully planned their visit to the target address. Based on publicly available information, they conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of YAMAKIN, striving to fully establish the broker's true operations through detailed on-site observation and verification.

Based on the address information, the field research team headed to the Kamisha area of Meito-ku, Nagoya City. This area is relatively remote and off-the-beaten-path, with primarily residential and small commercial facilities. The overall corporate campus and streetscape are relatively simple. The field research team successfully located the Rokusha Higashi building, which is clean and well-decorated, generally meeting office needs. They then completed panoramic photography of the building, capturing a clear image of its exterior and surroundings. The surveyors then entered the building lobby. The layout was simple and practical, consistent with the building's overall positioning, allowing them to linger and observe without further consultation. Focusing on the company signage inside the building, they clearly found YAMAKIN's registration information, clearly indicating its office location on the 4th floor. The address was identical to the information on the survey form, preliminarily confirming the authenticity of the address.

The surveyors successfully took the elevator to the 4th floor and clearly saw the YAMAKIN logo in the public area (the logo is only displayed inside the building), accurately confirming the company's specific office location. On-site verification confirmed that the office space was exclusively for YAMAKIN's use and not a shared office. However, upon attempting to enter the office, the door was closed, preventing entry.

Although the surveyors did not enter the company, they were able to clearly see the company's front desk from an external perspective and successfully captured a photo of the reception desk with the YAMAKIN logo. Combined with the consistent floor logos, signage, the non-shared office design, and an observation of the building's overall environment, the internal office environment was deemed normal. Based on this information, it is clear that YAMAKIN has a legitimate business location at the address.

Therefore, the survey confirmed the presence of the YAMAKIN trading company at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited YAMAKIN as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
