To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted the broker SWIFT EARNERS, whose publicly listed office address is 1 The Empire Tower, River Wing, Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. The inspection team rigorously tracked this address for precise location and verification.

Upon arrival, the inspection team confirmed the location was in Bangkok's core business district. The building is a renowned high-end commercial landmark, surrounded by numerous commercial facilities, a cluster of financial institutions, and a bustling street environment. The inspection team successfully captured panoramic views of the building.

The inspection team then attempted to enter the building lobby and observed extremely tight security measures. The lack of any public signage or information indicating the company's presence made it impossible to retrieve company information. To further verify, the surveyors inquired with the lobby receptionist whether SWIFT EARNERS was located in the Riverview Wing of Tower 1. Citing company privacy concerns, the receptionist refused to disclose any information related to the company's location. They neither confirmed nor denied its existence, stating only that they were unable to provide private company details.

Due to the lack of precise floor and room number directions, the absence of public signage, and the receptionist's refusal to cooperate with verification, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific office floor or confirm its location. Furthermore, due to strict security measures, they were unable to enter the building's office areas and found no SWIFT EARNERS logo on the building's exterior walls or in the lobby's public areas. Upon verification, there was no valid evidence proving SWIFT EARNERS' presence at the address, lacking any core evidence to prove its actual operations.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the trader SWIFT EARNERS does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the SWIFT EARNERS as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
