Purpose

The Indonesian forex market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous development of Indonesia's economy, the importance of forex trading in the financial sector has become increasingly prominent. Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker CAPITALFX in Indonesia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th, Jl. Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced field investigation team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to meticulous planning to the target area in Indonesia to conduct a physical verification of the broker CAPITALFX claiming to be located at this address.

The investigators successfully arrived at Satrio Tower, located in downtown Indonesia, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. This is an ultra-luxury office building, but no company logo or related information of CAPITALFX was found on the exterior of the building.

The investigators entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the directory board inside the building, information of other companies was displayed at this address.

The investigation team learned that the floor was a shared office space, but due to lack of appointment, the team could not reach the corresponding floor, thus unable to confirm the specific location, and consequently unable to enter inside and photograph the office area and front desk of CAPITALFX.

From the lobby area, as they could not enter, the investigators could not observe the internal environment of the company.

Therefore, after the field investigation, it was confirmed that the broker CAPITALFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field investigator visited the forex trading broker CAPITALFX in Indonesia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
