Recently many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet investors’ demand, the investigation team were going to visit EFUFX in this episode.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of EFUFX is Level 21, 264-278 George Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Since the office building indicated by the regulatory information is a landmark in Sydney, the investigation staff found the building smoothly. The investigation staff could not wait to enter the building and saw a floor guide in the hall. After scrutinizing it, the investigation staff did not find the broker’s name.

Afterwards the investigation staff took the elevator to the 21st floor and found another signboard. Still the name of the broker was not on it. To ensure the authenticity of the investigation, the staff wandered around the whole floor and did not find EFUFX’s office.

Survey Conclusion

The unauthenticity of the Australia licensed broker EFUFX's regulatory address was confirmed after the surveyor's inspection. The broker's AR license (RN: 001268886) has been cancelled and as was indicated by its retail forex license (RN: 40436) issued by VFSC, the broker was under offshore regulation.
