Leverate Ends Forex Operations in Belarus
Abstract:Leverate Capital Markets has ended its operations in Belarus and withdrawn from ARFIN. WikiFX currently lists Leverate Financial Services Ltd as having no valid forex licence.

Leverate Capital Markets has ended its business activities in Belarus and withdrawn from the countrys Association for Financial Market Development, known as ARFIN.
The association confirmed that the company left after completing the wind-down of its local operations. Leverate had previously participated in ARFIN‘s work on the development of Belarus’s regulated over-the-counter forex market.
Local Operations Dated Back to 2020
Leverates Belarus business began in March 2020, when forex registration No. 21 was issued to Kimbo LLC, the local company associated with its brokerage operations.
Kimbo joined ARFIN in January 2021 and was later incorporated into Leverate Capital Markets. The latest withdrawal brings the companys six-year presence in the Belarusian forex market to an end.
The departure comes as the countrys regulated forex sector continues to contract, with fewer firms maintaining local operations.
WikiFX Shows No Valid Forex Licence
The Leverate profile available on WikiFX covers Leverate Financial Services Ltd, a separate Cyprus-registered company within the wider business structure.
WikiFX currently shows that the company does not hold a valid forex trading licence. Its previous Cyprus authorization is no longer active.
Leverate Financial Services Ltd formerly operated under a Cyprus Investment Firm licence. The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced the withdrawal of that licence in February 2024, following a decision made by the regulator in December 2023.
The companys former Cyprus authorization and the now-ended Belarus operation involved different legal entities and separate regulatory arrangements.
