Abstract:The majority of Forex traders understand that there is a high potential for loss while trading the market. Broker-client breakups are painful for everyone involved. Also, the fact that there are so many brokers makes it harder for people who are just starting out to find reliable sources. In this paper, I will discuss how ProfiForex is a scam broker.
When trading Forex, people often lose money, but most traders are willing to take the risk. Nobody likes to be dumped by their broker. Also, the fact that there are more and more brokers makes it hard for people who are just starting out to tell the real ones from the fake ones. This essay seeks to call your attention to ProfiForex, a fraudulent broker.
Quick Overview of ProfiForex
ProfiForex (seen below) is a Belize-based offshore firm. The firm claims to have been in operation for more than a decade. Even though its customers can trade FX, commodities, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrencies on their own, the company encourages them to use its investing services. Clients may use the company's own trading app, but they can also utilize a separate company's trading platform, MT4. The company has a flexible spread-charging system and lets people use up to 1:500 leverage. The first investment must be at least $1, and the broker offers many ways to pay.
Is ProfiForex a regulated substance?
ProfiForex is not regulated in any way. The broker doesn't say anything about its licensing or regulatory status on its official website. We checked the Belize FSC for the trade name ProfiForex and the corporate name Tim Group Inc. but found no matches, according to the website.
Clients' Reactions
Pro Forex is a low-rated brokerage business. Clients blame the broker for many things, such as problems with withdrawals, price manipulation, accounts being closed, and bad customer service. However, the departure issue seems to be the most common. According to clients, the broker has been delaying withdrawal requests and never delivering money. According to comments and a number of other independent review sites, ProfiForex is a fraud.
What Characteristics Characterize ProfiForex as a Scam Broker?
For starters, negative consumer feedback indicates corporate worries.
Furthermore, the internet is rife with negative broker reviews. A lot of independent reviews have labeled it unsafe, advising buyers to avoid it.
The best part is that it is not controlled or registered. The corporation makes no mention of your money's security or financial compensation schemes.
How does ProfiForex Scam its Customers?
Following up with customers through phone and email begins as soon as they sign up with the broker. Clients say that the company makes them feel like they have to put in small amounts of money and get bonuses on their first deposits in order to get their money to grow by four times. The company then continues to press customers to invest more money in order to avoid being liquidated as a result of rising market volatility.
On the other hand, clients say that the company turns its back on them after getting enough money. The broker doesn't care about his customers anymore, so he stops answering their questions. Worse, if you ask for a withdrawal, the broker delays it for no apparent reason, stops you from trading, and never gives you your money back.
