According to the announcement, Kenneth Waiganjo was also named as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. In February, Scope Markets Group announced that it had been acquired by Roger Hambury‘s Rostro Group in an all-cash deal. The deal will be funded with Rostro’s existing cash reserves, but the financial terms of it were not revealed.
