FX2626037012I deposited more than 10,000 RMB into their platform. Later, I applied for withdrawal twice and they rejected it. They said that the withdrawal will be credited within 10-20 working days. It's all nonsense. The first two withdrwal was rejected when it was almost a month each time, they found an excuse saying that your bank refused to receive the money. For the third time, it has been over a month and the account has not yet arrived. I asked the customer service to explain the situation, and the customer service said to be patient and wait for the payment provider to make the payment.
