On November 9, 2021, I made a total of 4 deposits, two of them have not been arrived. I called customer service on November 9th but no one answered. On November 10th, I called customer service several times and I was informed that the headquarters had not yet gone to work and could not be processed. It finally arrived until 13:45 pm on November 10, which resulted in a loss of 37168.77 US dollars in my account due to liquidation. 2. On November 10, 2021, all deposit channels of the dealer were paralyzed and unable to deposit funds. I called the customer service and the agent(ID: 9453) confirmed that the dealer’s deposit system were paralyzed after the customer service test and it caused my account to liquidate 59092.1 US dollars.
