They left us without withdrawals.

They told us that it had been an update problem. They had deposited the value of the sum of our assets currently, but according to them we had to return the rest of the money deposited. I did not withdraw anything or operate anything with the extra money. It is assumed that they should be able to withdraw it again, but in this case, they are asking us to deposit the sum that they supposedly gave us too much to be able to obtain the account again:/

Nos dijeron que había sido un problema de actualización, nos habían depositado el valor de la suma de nuestros activos actualmente pero según ellos debíamos devolver el dinero depósitado demás pero pues en mi caso yo no retire nada ni opere nada con el dinero extra se supone que deberian ellos poder retirarlo de nuevo pero en el caso nos están pidiendo depositar la suma que ellos nos dieron supuestamente demas para poder obtener la cuenta de nuevo :/
