Posterior a esto se le realizaron llamadas de supuestos asesores persuadiendola a invertir con ellos, se le indicó que únicamente debería depositar $500 dólares y se le duplicarían sus ganancias, posteriormente, ella accedió y facilitó datos de su tarjeta de crédito a través de una llamada, progresivamente realizaban cobros acumulando un total de $3000 debitados de su tarjeta de crédito.
