Unable to withdraw funds

здравствуйте, меня зовут Дементьев Павел. Я являюсь инвестором платформы BlaFX. хочу сделать заявление о не возможном выведе моих денежных средств с с моего торгового счета. В настоящее время платформа заморозила все средства и любые операции по ним. служба поддержки ни чего не отвечает, и ни как не комментирует происходящее. другие инвесторы поделились информацией о том что необходимо пополнить 10% от суммы депозита и тогда счета разморозиться, и можно будет вывести деньги! Я внес 10% от депозита но ни чего не происходит! мои деньги на данный момент находиться на платформе. баланс моего счета 382.12$
