1/8/2023 I sell EUR/AUD pair and put stoplot at 1.66650 to August 2nd at 5am my order got stoplot but price on Exness app has not arrived yet, I asked Exness ad for support and received the goods Dozens of reasons: the ask price shows correctly at 1.66650 and the ask price doesn't show up on Exness app (exness ap is useless), because the 1-minute candle at that time fluctuated high at 5am, because customers trade on mt4 or mt5 Please update again (I play on Exness ap). Result: the ask price is always 20 pips away from the price on Exness's app and the order with the stoplot is correct, the complaint is not resolved.

Dính stoplot khi giá chưa tới

1/8/2023 tôi sell cặp EUR/AUD đặt stoplot tại 1.66650 sang ngày 2/8 lúc 5h sáng lệnh của tôi dính stoplot nhưng giá trên app của Exness vẫn chưa tới,tôi có nhờ ad bên Exness hỗ trợ và nhận được hàng tá lí do : giá ask thể hiện đúng tại giá 1.66650 và giá ask không thể hiện trên app Exness ( ap Exness vô dụng ) , do nến 1 phút thời điểm đó giao động cao lúc 5h sáng, do khách trade trên mt4 or mt5 yêu cầu khách cập nhật lại ( tôi chơi trên ap Exness) . Kết quả : giá ask luôn cách hơn 20 pip so với giá trên app của Exness và lệnh đấy dính stoplot là đúng khiếu nại không được giải quyết.
