I have invested $1500$ in weltrade exchange (https://www.weltrade.com/), according to the invitation of the exchange about the bonus program: trading bonus is 3015$, deposit bonus is 1500$. I traded and got more than 3500$ profit. Also fulfill the terms of the bonus program. However, after withdrawing more than $3000, the exchange locked the account with the allegation of proof of fake identity registration. This makes no sense because as soon as I opened my account, I passed KYC by submitting my identity card and of course approved by weltrade. After that, the floor requested and I also provided other documents such as invoices, portraits holding ID cards... and all were approved by weltrade. I also passed the verification VIDEO call from weltrade via Skype. I absolutely do not violate the things that the exchange stated in the notice. I have sent an email to confirm my account, my documents are real and genuine, as well as requesting proof, but have not received a response.

Tôi có đầu tư 1500$ vào sàn weltrade (https://www.weltrade.com/), theo lời mời của sàn về chương trình bonus: bonus giao dịch là 3015$, bonus ký quỹ là 1500$. Tôi đã giao dịch và có lợi nhuận hơn 3500$. Đồng thời hoàn thành các điều khoản của chương trình bonus. Tuy nhiên, sau khi rút được hơn 3000$ thì sàn khóa tài khoản với cáo buộc bằng chứng xác minh danh tính giả mạo (proof of fake identity registration). Điều này rất vô lý vì ngay khi mở tài khoản, tôi đã vượt qua KYC bằng cách gửi chứng minh nhân dân và đương nhiên được weltrade phê duyệt. Sau đó, sàn đã yêu cầu và tôi cũng cung cấp các giấy tờ khác như: hóa đơn, ảnh chụp chân dung cầm chứng minh nhân dân ... và tất cả đều được sàn weltrade phê duyệt. Tôi cũng đã vượt qua cuộc gọi VIDEO xác minh từ weltrade qua Skype. Tôi hoàn toàn không vi phạm các điều mà sàn đưa ra trong thông báo. Tôi đã gửi mail cam kết tài khoản, giấy tờ của tôi là thật và chính chủ, cũng như đề nghị chứng minh nhưng không nhận được phản hồi.
