Hello investors, I am an investor participating in Zoenovas. From March 19, I can no longer access the official website of the broker, which means I cannot withdraw the remaining money in my account. My transaction was fine before. You can see my transaction history on the broker in the picture. But it is very suspicious that after the official website went down, a similar website in terms of the same name and logo appeared. I think this is zoenova's new website but they refuse to accept responsibility to investors.Old website: zoenovas.com New website: zoenova.io. The rest of my money in my account is still there and there is no way to get it out, and I also received no response from the broker, no notification of the website closing and shutting down. And this may continue in the future

Website cũ không truy cập được, website mới với tên và logo tương tụ nhưng từ chối trách nhiệm

Chào các nhà đầu tư, tôi là nhà đầu tư tham gia vào sàn zoenovas, từ ngày 19/3 thì tôi không thể truy cập vào website chính thức của sàn nữa đồng nghĩa với việc tôi không thể rút được tiền còn lại trong tài khoản của mình.Trước đây mọi giao dịch vẫn bình thường, bạn có thể thấy lịch sử giao dịch của tôi trên sàn trong ảnh. Nhưng rất đáng ngờ là sau khi website chính thức bị hỏng, một website tương tự về tên và logo giống hệt xuất hiện. Tôi nghĩ đây chính là website mới của zoenova nhưng họ từ chối nhận trách nhiệm với nhà đầu tư.Website cũ: zoenovas.comWebsite mới: zoenova.ioSố tiền còn lại của tôi trong tài khoản vẫn ở đó và không có cách nào để lấy ra, và tôi cũng k nhận được phản hổi nào từ sàn, không có thông báo nào về việc website đóng cửa và dừng hoạt động.
