Ekada Capital erlaubt es den Investoren nicht, Geld abzuheben

Ich habe Geld auf EKADA CAPITAL FX (www.ekadafx.com) eingezahlt und über ihre Handelsplattform (https://webtrader.tradinghub.app/) gehandelt. Als ich Geld abheben wollte, erlauben sie mir nicht, Geld abzuheben, mit der Begründung: "Sehr geehrte Kunden, hallo! Ihre Steuerzahlung wurde erfolgreich eingereicht. Gemäß dem Feedback der Risikokontrollabteilung beinhaltet Ihr Konto Einlagen anderer Personen, Geldwäsche und andere illegale Aktivitäten, und das Konto wurde gesperrt. Sie müssen 10% der Einlage auf diesem Konto bezahlen (USD ... * 10% = USD ...), die nur auf Ihrem Wallet-Konto als Verifizierung der Sicherheit der Gelder aufbewahrt wird. Bitte schließen Sie die Zahlung innerhalb von 24 Stunden ab, damit Ihr Konto wieder freigegeben und abgehoben werden kann".

Als ich fragte, warum mein Konto mit Geldwäsche und anderen illegalen Aktivitäten in Verbindung gebracht wurde, zitierten sie nur eine Mitteilung der CBRC (China Banking Regulatory Commission) und verlangten von mir die Zahlung der Einlage, ohne weitere Erklärung.

When I asked why my account was related to money laundering and other illegal activities, they just quote a notice from CBRC (China Banking Regulatory Commission) and required me to pay the deposit, no more explanation.
