Seit August 2023 wurde noch keine Auszahlung erhalten.

Am 18. August 2023 habe ich eine Auszahlung von 500 US-Dollar von meinem Wisemarket-Konto vorgenommen, wie auf dem Bildschirmfoto zu sehen ist. Auf wisemarket.com wurde die Auszahlung erfolgreich angezeigt, aber mein Bankkonto hat das Geld nicht erhalten. Ich wurde immer wieder gebeten, Screenshots zu senden, aber das hat das Problem nicht gelöst. Ich habe eine E-Mail an support@wisemarket.com geschickt, aber nur eine automatische Antwort erhalten, die besagt, dass es sich um ein Problem der Bank handelt, da sie als Broker ihre Pflicht erfüllt haben. Wenn Sie nur E-Mails mit dem gleichen Inhalt erhalten, können Sie sehen, wie frustriert ich bin. Ich habe mich damals an IB gewandt, aber ohne Ergebnis. Sie bestanden darauf, dass es ein Fehler des Brokers sei und nicht ihrer. Ich habe gerade herausgefunden, dass es jetzt eine Schlichtungsfunktion auf wikifx gibt. Also versuche ich jetzt, mein Geld dorthin zu überweisen, wo es hingehört: auf mein Konto.

for context i made my withdrawal on the 18th August 2023 amounting to 500usd as can be seen on my screenshot from my account on Wisemarket. on the wisemarket.com dashboard it says that the withdrawal was successfull however my bank account shows otherwise.

what came next was endless follow ups asking for screenshots with no settlement of the issue. i have sent emails to support@wisemarket.com yet i only received computerised replies mentioning it is the bank’s problem as they as a broker have fulfilled their role in the transfer.

you can see my frustration in the screenshots when my emails were only met with the same messages. i contacted my IB at that time but to no avail. she insisted that it was the brokers’ doing and not their fault.

i just only found out that there is a mediator now available on wikifx so i am now trying to get my funds to where it belongs: my account.
